Thank you for keeping your prices so low. It is very much appreciated. I was a little disappointed that the packaging did not change or no tape was placed on the package when I bought four pairs of socks instead of the usual two pairs. The socks were coming out of the packaging when I pulled the envelope from my mail box. I think when you place four pairs in the same envelope you should either tape the package or leave the boxes out. It is a good thing I didn't lose any of my order in shipping. Since my wife now needs to wear these same socks it is likely I will be ordering four again in the near future. I hope to not see the product coming out of the package the next time I order.
I ordered 2 pair of the same compression stocking. I opened one package and wore the stockings for a short time and they kept falling down. I asked to return the unopened pair and exchange the worn pair, but was told that I could not return the worn pair, and could only exchange the unopened pair. I'm not very happy.

I wish the items arrived in their original packages as shown on the site, because mine had weird packaging, definitely not for impressive presentation. I think I'd be even more upset with this fact if I had paid full price for them. I wonder whether all discounted merchandise arrives without proper package...
