Have not opened the boxes yet, have purchased product in store before and was pleased with the product. That's why we ordered more because Wallgreens, CVS and Wallmart did not carry Navy color.

I would like to see all colors sold on each style of sock and size wise too. I certainly did like the product however the size did come close to the measurements that I need for my leg. I was going to send it back but the additional cost to make that effort is a problem for me and you. I'll just have to order a new support sock

I noticed that my order had not shipped and contacted your company to check why. It was then that I was informed things were on back-order. I was told the order could be changed and the substitution would ship the next day but the new schedule for delivery would not be soon enough so I cancelled the whole order. I feel very strongly that I should have been notified about the back-order without having to initiate the contact.

Compression level at time of purchase was not clear. When called customer service for assistance, they said they could not help but go to onlime catalog...click. Was not easy to find the higher compression garment in the catalog. Products are fine. I hope the exchange goes well.

My doctor told me to try support stockings but did not tell me what the pressure should be. I wish I would have tried the lesser strength ones first.
