This was my first, and I was a bit confused, partly because I had some interruptions here.
More styles and variety would be nice
Customer service is terrible. I was not advised of a backorder status and had to contact Compression Sale to track my order. I was given an erroneous shipping date and had to contact them again only to discover my purchase was still on backorder. There was no shipping date given on the second call and they refused to cancel the order. You cannot contact a supervisor or manager except by email. They will not provide a supervisor's name so you do not know with whom you are communicating. The only contact number is the sales number listed on the website. They insist a 25% restocking fee will apply even though I have not received the items and they refused to cancel the order. The Chicago and Northern Illinois BBB lists them as not BBB Accredited with an F rating.
