Very good but no place for coupon insertion

I find the website a bit messy, the brands are all over the place. Maybe adding US$ on the price will be very helpful to people who purchase from outside US. I really thought the price was shown in Australian dollars (some sites can detect the location or ask if outside US or Canada) and automatically converts the denomination. I ended up paying more as the price only showed the $ sign.

Needed to find a XXXl for Sister in law not available from too many places.I am very pleased with the purchase and am hoping they will work for her.If so we will be ordering more in the future.

The elastic band that holds the stockings up loses its tightness after too few uses!

I have emailed back and forth with customer service about a refund and they refuse, say they can only exchange. I was dissatisfied with my first pair that I ordered, but gave you a second chance. It was my mistake that I ordered the wrong hose. I just want my money back.
