I had a coupon for additional discounts, but was unable to use a coupon. Mentioned this in notes at checkout, still no help to access discount. Loved the Jobst brand of thigh highs. Not impressed with the Therafirm brand, which seemed to run small. Would recommend Jobst, but not the Therafirm.

I had a horrible experience with CompressionSale. They sent my order to another state, THEIR MISTAKE. Then made me wait for it to be returned to them before they'd reship my order. I'd just had vein surgery, so I REBOUGHT the order, now I'm out 2 charges AND shipping fees on the second order that they WILL not take off. The company is owned by a foreigner with a "put the screws" to America attitude. NO one will return calls and when I just made the 12th call today, the representative said, "That's how it is." PLEASE find a reputable company to order from.
I was not given details about differences between JOBST brand stockings (of which I already own 2) and SECOND SKIN. Reasonable delivery time, but product was of smaller dimension in size than my JOBST ones- despite company's claim of being same size. Customer service denies sending me wrong size, but would take the 3 SS stocking pairs back with a cost of $7.95 shipping to exchange for the costlier JOBST pairs, based on an additional charge of around $3.00 per pair. The 2nd Skin stockings were so difficult to get on, so painfully tight- that I had cuts behind both upper legs behind the knee, and on the lower left leg...a disappointing experience, with this company partly to blame for not pointing out the differences between this product and JOBST- just to save a few dollars, and now costing me even more due to my need to ship them back at my cost.
Do not care for spelling correction that changes name to incorrect spellings.

I do not like the restocking fees, I never had that happen at any compression site before. I am not sure I got credit back on my recent return ither.
