I have ordered stockings from this site before, and my experience is always very good. Ordering is easy, shipping is free and delivery is quick.

Great, all info is available and a quick transaction. Loved the socks

1. Easy to get around the site to locate my needed garments. 2. After I received the garments, I found that one must be returned and I can only get in-house credit although the item is not the right size and is new. 3. I did not realize that this was not the Lymphedmdiva site. 4. The customer contact was difficult and less than pleasing.

Delivery was free but delivery time exceeded the guidlines

The product description was well defined a and true to the description. The delivery of the product was clearly explained and followed through.

You sent the wrong order. The items that I wanted have been discontinued by Jobst and I was ecstatic to see that you had a lot left. I am very upset and need to send them back and I want you to pay the return postage since you sent the wrong thing.
