I have Ordered several pairs of stockings from your company before. They always fit well and arrive in a timely manner.

I need to return one pair I was under the impression they were all compression socks and the black pair I recieved are basically normal nylons?
Immediately after getting order confirmation I noticed the size was Xlarge. I called back right away and spoke to someone who said she would change the size to Large. I got confirmation of changes but when the order came it was Xlarge. I haven't opened them yet. I was thinking that I may get another pair

I already purchased a pair of Sigvaris. The first time my order arrived correctly. Since I was very happy with the product as well as the service, I ordered another pair of hose in black. This time it was a mess. I received a notice that my order was processed and then I received an email asking if my order was delivered. I went downstairs to receiving twice, looking for the package, as well as the mail box. I wrote to the company and they requested that I wait another day. After 2 days I was informed that my order was just sent out. I never received any feedback from customer service... ie an explanation or apology. The hose finally arrived 11 days after my credit card was charged. I am leaving on an international trip tomorrow and I am up until midnight washing the hose so that I dries in time for me to pack it. What a disappointment.

I have used them before for compression stockings for my mother, and I have always thought they were adequate, but now, I think they have improved. The stockings came faster, and that is always a plus.
Placing my online order went very smoothly. No issues with it at all. My order arrived in a timely manner and every thing I ordered came in this one shipping. I have very large legs, but not really very long. The Diabetic/Athletic Knee Length Socks came as I ordered. I ordered my sock to be a couple of sizes bigger than I need. I thought they would then have a wider calf area to fit around my large calves. However, the length of the socks was longer not wider. That's my goofy thinking to order that way though not Compressionsale.com.
I would like to suggest offering all socks with wider calves, slightly wider over-the-knee socks and perhaps wider foot sizes. Thank you I enjoyed my business with Compressionsale.com.

I sent a request to get a verification to exchange it for a different size but had not heard back from anyone. I am still waiting and still nothing. Will I get someone to help me with an exchange? Please reply or at least acknowledge my request.
