Great product, and quick service
I buy diabetic compression knee high socks from compressionsale.com because they fit, wear well, are comfortable and affordable. I wash them in the washer but line dry them...easy care. My shoe size is a woman's 8 to 8-1/2 medium and I have large calves but the small size sock fits well. Plenty of room in the foot and the compression (8-15) and length is just right for my leg. I'm a 'happy camper.'

I am upset that you send me a coupon for my next order and then what I need it will not let me use it. The coupon was for 10% off!

This product was not suitable for use as the tops of the socks were too tight, which could not have been known from seeing the picture. Your return and exchange policies, which were not known at the time of purchase, are not conducive for further buying from this customer. It is too expensive. When everything is OK the service is fine, but when there is a problem with the merchandise the buyer is the loser. Bad customer relations.

The main thing I liked is that I could get the proper compression in petite because I'm short and most compression hose doesn't have that option

The Donning Device I purchased proved to be unusable due to physical limitations. I notified your company and was instructed to return the device. I was not allowed to get a refund, only store credit. With the purchase of a return box and the cost of shipping and the restocking price you tacked on I am just about breaking even and you still have a brand new device you can resell. Up until this purchase I was totally satisfied with your service. I had bought a different device I currently use and several pair of socks. I still haven't heard any word from you in regards to you receiving the device back and me getting my store credit. So you will understand why I won't be a return customer and won't be recommending you to my friends and doctor. I don't suppose I will be seeing this message on your reviews.
