Great price awesome products that are easy to put on. Until I began wearing compression socks I bought, I had major problems simply getting them on.
Jobst seems to be reducing the quality of their hose somewhat as the price stays the same.
My husband is required to wear these hose during his awake hours and they don't seem to last very long. If anyone knows a way of extending the life of the hose, I would appreciate any helpful hints.
I am able to purchase these online for a less price than Gould's charges (but all of their prices are high).
The Customer service personnel are the absolute worst people I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. It was horrible and I will never do business with compressionsales again because of their treatment. It is unfortunate, the return policies, the disrespect, the lack of follow-up have cost this company hundreds of dollars in additional sales. At one point I had another $350 worth of product in my cart and I was about to order but decided to wait to see if the other issue was resolved first. It was NOT resolved. And still is NOT resolved -- the last communication was a straight across exchange but customer service just left me hanging -- I have no idea if they are processing it or not. I won't be ordering anything else in the future.
This was my first order but it won't be my last.
I was very satisfied with my product and the great service I received. Will be ordering again.
