My sleeves are easy to order off the website, shipping is free and the items arrive in a reasonable time. Anytime I have had a question about arm sleeves, the customer service rep is usually pretty knowledgeable about the products.
Because of the offer of buying 3 or more, I could not receive 10% off. If I had realized that, I would have only purchased 2 and then made a second purchase in order to receive that 10%. The savings of buying three or more were pennies. This was misleading!
One of the items I purchased was damaged. I called and they said I must fill out a request to return a product, online. I did so, sent a picture as requested, and still have not received anything to return the item, or correspondence concerning the item purchased. I've been waiting over 2 weeks now for a response. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I can look past a damaged product, but I should receive a replacement in a timely manner, or my money back.
We have purchased from your website previously, and will do so again no doubt!

I have had trouble finding a product that will meet my needs due to swelling and bad bunions and foot problems. I need hose that will not only provide compression therapy, but will also not irritate my feet. I wasn't sure if the soft and sheer includes the toe as this has been my problem until now. It didn't specifically indicate if it was a sheer or reinforced toe. I sincerely hope the toe will be sheer so as to not irritate my feet and meet my needs. I am ordering one pair first in order to be sure they meet my needs before ordering more.
