This was my first time using their site, and I must say, I was incredibly impressed. Due to a few sub-par online shopping experiences, I was a somewhat reluctant to take the plunge again, especially since I was ordering something for my medical needs, but I decided to do it anyway, and I'd say that the gamble was well-worth it.

Let me just first say that I've never had super positive experiences when it comes to chatting with customer service people on a "live chat" (often they're not even real people) but it was really easy with these guys. I was confused about both the price of a pair of stockings, as well as whether or not it had a specific feature - wanted to be sure they were the exact ones my doctor recommended. Sure enough, they were. It was nice to get answers to my questions in only a few seconds, just by typing a few words. Sometimes you just don't want to talk on the phone, and it's good to know that there are sites out there catering to that need!

After I had placed my order, I browsed the site a bit further, to find that they have a very large variety of of stockings. Virtually every other site I've shopped through has been missing some products I'd been looking for! Some basic stuff. Not these guys. A truly encyclopedic assortment, I must say!

This was my first time ordering with this company, and everything from choosing my product to delivery, went like clockwork. No reason I wouldn't shop here again, and I certainly plan on doing so. No complaints here. Exceptional operation they're running. :)
