It has taken several days and a number of emails as well as a phone call to be informed that two of the four pairs of compression hose I ordered on-line are not available in a short length. I am waiting for a back order for one pair. I am currently wearing one pair and like them very much so I will now attempt to return two medium length hose and reorder. I am pleased with the prices that are offered; considerably less than OTC purchases.

Just bought a bunch of stockings and socks from this site for the holidays. I got my whole family a little something off of this site! I know my little ones won't really appreciate their gift of socks so much, but I know they'll need them while standing at the bus stop in the morning! My husband will love his dress socks, though -- I'm sure of it! If you need a good site for winter socks shopping, this is totally a viable option! :)

I've noticed that more and more companies are attempting to make customer service more convenient for their customers, but many of them seem to be failing miserably. For instance, every time I talk to my credit card company via their online chat feature, I seem to be talking to a robot. In my book, this might as well be me reading their q&a section. I can never find one particular place to buy all my socks. Even though small boutique stores have the fashionable ones I usually like, they're way too pricey - sometimes $20 for one pair! On the other hand, larger stores are usually cheaper, but the selection is mostly kind of "meh."
