There were delivery problems, however, shipping was provided free of charge, so I can not complain.

I requested and paid for 2 day shipping. For some reason it was not processed that way and I received my order in 5 days. My shipping costs were refunded. That is just a small glitch that will not deter me from shopping here again.

Items are easy to find. When I received parcel, bottle did leak but not onto stockings. Bit of a mess.

The wrong size was sent. I'm still waiting for a label to ship back the items for exchange. Your customer service representative argued that the correct size was sent. This writing back and forth by email is not suppose to slow the process

I will respond after I get the product. Now that I received them there are both pros and cons.
