WEBSITE IS IMPOSSIBLE. SOCKS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED THATR TEAR ON FIRST WEAR

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and i want to exchange one pair that was not worn. I followed the return/exchange directions on line but received an email that it could take uop to 72 hours to get a reply. I think that is too long.

Please confirm with me that this item I purchased is Flexible Spending Eligible? You never answered my question prior to purchase. Horrible, customer service. Focus on the customer and not the money.

Very happy with the purchase of these socks. Only issue I'm having is that they get tight at the top after about 7 hours. Perhaps this will get better as I wear them. It's only the first few days of using them.
