This is not my first purchase. Always a quick shipment and never a surprise, always what has been described. Will buy again sometime.

So far, I have no complaints about dealing with your company and I appreciate your selection.

The order process is simple and fast.

I paid an extra $4 to expedite the shipping. It took much longer than advertised. I e mailed and called my concern asking where the compressions were; there was no response. If my doctor did not recommend that I have them for my health, I would have cancelled. You need to review your delivery and response to concerns processes.

New site for me and new brand so I hope they fit.
I ordered Futura brand knee highs and these were very different. The size and compression were different. Futura's med. Compression is more firm and the 3X ended up being a little too big with a thinner band at the top which is trying to roll.

I will use the site again but want to make sure that I order and get the right thing.

I appreciate your lower prices, but have experienced a variety of issues with the products I've received. Although I attempt to order based on my calf size, I have received items that are too tight and some that are too loose. It has been difficult to get the right brand, right fit, and right compression with a strict no-return policy once they have been tried on. How would I know there was a problem unless I tried them on? :(

I have bought from you in the past and been so very pleased! I gave my doctor information on these hose to give to other patients who were looking for good quality hose at an excellent price.

Lots of variety in styles, sizes especially because I needed petite.

Cheapest I have found by far, was priced locally $60.00 to $110.00...
If it were not for your company, I would not have been able too get these Thigh High Compression Socks, must have them for day of surgery... Thank You...
