The band on the knee hi's is way too small for the size I ordered. This seems to be an ongoing problem with just about all knee-hi hose in the support hose area.

If I need more, I will shop here. Need to see how well the wear and last first though.

I paid extra for what I thought would be quicker shipping. The 4=7 day shipping was free. It took 5 days to receive the stockings. Go for the free shipping.

You ask for a false statement, Well I'm not going to give a false statement. Ten years of doing business with you and this is what happens also the customer service guy I had to talk to was the most rude person I have ever encountered. I then asked to speak to a manager about his attitude and he stated there wasn't one so that's not an option your going to get either.

Very dissatisfied with handling of this order. Because of an apparent urgent need for one of these products, we requested and paid for overnight delivery. However, this order was not received until 10 days after the order was placed. Obviously, this was not our expectation for overnight delivery.
