The service was great, the problem was me as I ordered the wrong size, I ordered a size 1 and I needed a size IV, so now I will see how good the return service is.

Very easy/I haven't used them yet, but I was satisfied with the shopping experience.

I talked to live chat and was told I could return Jobst products, I explained I could not wear the closed toe compression hose. When I requested a RMA it was declined. You advertise complete satisfaction with Jobst. I am very happy with their product, but next time will order from another certified Jobst company.

The first pair of socks which I ordered in October are very satisfactory.

Had a hard time on sizing. And if they don't fit can I return them?

It took a little bit longer to receive the socks than expected; however I ordered them around the holidays.

Maybe I missed it, but I would have liked to compare my choices in stockings side by side.

Excellent Service, however, as I said in my RM request. After returns I did receive what I thought to be the last. But comparing the same item to what I bought locally, the band at the top of your stocking did not compare in strength and therefore, I knew I would have a problem with the purchase. So I would appreciate a refund.

This product is not easy to fine in any store. Your pricing for the same product is less than others. I liked seeing other products are available for reasonable prices also. I've used this product for quite some time.
