My very first order with compressionSales was very UNPLEASANT! The young woman I spoke to was very disinterested in the questions I had about Sigvaris compression hose. She gave me very short, curt answers. I asked if the hose I was looking at had rubber grips underneath the band that comes up to my knee. She assured me they did. Well of course, when I received my hose, they did not have the rubber grips I wanted. I then called the company and got a young man who was INCREDIBLY rude and sarcastic! Needless to say, with their return policy and rude customer service reps I will NEVER order from this company again! If anyone gives this company 5 stars, it's because they work there!

It was great. Last night I started ordering and had questions - your customer service was not open and said would contact me as quick as possible. Yes that did happen. Se we have been going back and forth because my last pair of thigh highs by Activa keeps sliding down. So I read all about the Jobst,,,,and then your brand (can't remember the name) and I went with the generic - one reason is that they have the dots at the top to keep them up. I have used your knee highs for years and have had no problems. Love them and the price

The gauntlet was obviously well made and would have been comfortable if it had been the correct size. I followed the measurement guidelines and ordered the correct size according to those guidelines but it is too small and I cannot wear it. I wish the guidelines had said what to do if your measurements were at the top of the range for each size - e.g. should you order the next size just to be sure it wasn't too small? I stuck with the instructions and now have a gauntlet I cannot use.
