I was so happy that this website allowed me the opportunity to return my unopened items several months after I had made the purchase. It just so happened that I totally forgot that I even bought them! It's not that they aren't great stockings, but I just didn't need them at the moment, so it didn't make sense to have the packages laying around the house. I just sent the products back, had to pay a reasonably small fee, and I received my refund.

I was very shocked that they allowed me to do this at all, after so much time passed, but they were definitely understanding about it. More businesses need to be doing stuff like this. Thanks guys!

From the product selection to the customer service attention, this website really has their act together. The selection is very comprehensive, covering anything you could possibly want in the world of compression products and legwear in general. I've been buying my pantyhose and leggings here for a few years now, and I'm surprised it's taken me this long to get around to writing a review. Next let's talk about customer service - outstanding! Anytime I've ever had a question or an issue, the staff has always been extremely attentive to my needs and that's just one of the reasons I continue to return to this website. All around great place to find very reasonable deals on compression wear!

This was my second time purchasing compression stockings, and I was a little confused on exactly what brand would be best for my needs, because the last brand I bought didn't really fit right. I typed a few questions into the live chat, and the customer service rep (I'm sorry I'm blanking on their name at the moment) was wonderfully helpful. She said that I should definitely try another brand, and perhaps a firmer compression. Turns out, she was right! She then went on to explain the differences between the two brands, and how the technology works. I'm fully convinced that these people take what they do very seriously, and that they sincerely care about the health and satisfaction of their customers. Please do give this site a try!

So, the size I had received in the mail wasn't exactly what I wanted, so I sent it back to be exchanged. Many of these websites I know, would have made it very difficult for me to exchange my product, as it would be more work for them, but these guys seemed extremely attentive in making sure that I receive what I had originally intended, and that I was 100 percent satisfied.

On my end, I didn't have to do virtually anything - everything was taken care of, and my overall experience went from so-so to 100 percent positive. Just because of the exchange interaction we had, I know I'll be a return-shopper, for sure.
