I received my order in the mail yesterday, and everything went, more or less, as expected. I was impressed with the website and the fact that they had an abundance of high quality name brand products. I also liked the fact that it seemed as though there's constantly great deals on different, which will make it enticing to check back every once in a while to see just what they have to offer. My customer service experience was a very pleasant one, I have to say. My questions were answered in a very detailed and friendly manner, and they made sure to help me with my order, right up until the time I checkout out on the website. Also, who care argue with free shipping - that was one of the major things that had me sold. All in all, I'm a bit confused as to why a few others have posted unfavorable reviews. Personally, I'm pretty positive I will use their services again!

The customer service department is HORRIBLE! I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was hung up on several occasions because nobody could tell me why they have not refunded my money for an order that was canceled over a month ago. Never received the order or my refund, so they stole $100 from me. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! Unfortunately you can't write a review on their website because they are such horrible, rotten people who steal your money.

Very unhappy. I paid $9.95 for Express Saver Shipping knowing that FedEx Express Saver would only take 3 days and get to me before I left town. The item was sent UPS Ground (1-5 days) and did not get to me in time. I requested a refund and the company has said it doesn't make any difference that I paid for faster shipping because it got to my home in four business days. I argued that if it would have been sent the way I paid for I would have gotten it but the representative hung up on me. I was strongly arguing but did not get abusive or foul mouthed. A supervisor said the same thing and didn't even apologize for the hang up. The Return policy wording is very DECEPTIVE. It says products can be RETURNED or exchanged but in the fine print it excludes 99.5% of the products for a return (their reps estimate). Returns can only be exchanged.
