Socks don't fit. Could not get on my foot. I have tried to obtain a refund, but compressionsale.com will only authorize a store credit or exchange. I did not wear the product and I have all original packaging. Ordered just 12 days ago. I only want a refund.

This is easy to read and fill in! I have always found Compression sales worthwhile. They are easy to read and complete and they are quick!

I waited for 10 days to hear anything about my order. I contacted customer service and learned my order was backordered. I wonder if they ever would have contacted me? I went back to the item description page and it still said "in stock". They sent me a substitution that costs less and refused to refund me the price difference.
