The item we ordered was on backorder, but we were never notified. I had to inquire a week after I placed the order to find out why it hadn't shipped. I had to contact them each week as they gave me no other info and did not voluntarily give me an update. The socks "magically" appeared in stock when I requested a refund, 3 1/2 weeks AFTER placing my order. They didn't even offer to expedite the shipping, it came USPS 5 days later. I will NOT purchase from Compressionsale.com again. I should not have to inquire on the status when they already knew it would be delayed. They should have contacted me to let me know the item was on backorder. I am very disappointed in their service.

If all online shopping were like this, I don't think I'd ever leave my house to do my shopping, because everything would be so convenient. I've ordered 3 times from this site, and it's been nothing but extremely efficient. After the 2nd super efficient transaction, I told myself I'd wait until my 3rd order to write a review, considering a few of the iffy reviews I've seen. I have to say, I have no idea what these others posts are about. My experience has been nothing but positive. Every time I've ordered here the customer service reps were not only very accessible via email, chat, and phone, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. My orders have always come exactly on-time and it has never cost anything to have them shipped. I'm not saying companies can't make mistakes every once in a while, but I am saying that I have had nothing but A PLUS experiences, every time.
