My hose arrived with a huge hole in them. I can't send them back till I send you a photo which is very difficult for me to do. How do we rectify this situation?
At times it can be daunting to shop because the info I need like available sizes is not a selection on the refine search section, and I must shop by SIZE before anything else. The Juzo's I bought have turned out to be better and more comfortable than several others I have tried, including custom leggings at more than twice the price.

These people are bandits. Bought 2 pair socks for my husband. Used the measurements from the ones we have from Doctor. The ones I received from compressionsale are too small. Only returning one pair of the two. Shipping was so slow that by the time we received doc said he could stop wearing them. Because I was outside of 15 days even though they are unopened, unworn, I have to pay freight back, NO REFUND! Store credit only! I don't need anything from these people. I will end up buying my husband diabetic six he doesn't need just to use up credit. But from Amazon. They ship quick, have liberal return policies. These people are customer unfriendly. DISGRACEFUL,
I have been buying Medi compression stockings but when I went on line to order I couldn't find what I have always ordered. So I switched to Juno brand and found the size I ordered although according to the chart I need a small. When it arrived I found it was too long for me even though I ordered small. In the Medi I have been ordering petit.

I am a size women's LARGE but ordered an XL. (Thigh high) I followed directions but found no possible way to get them on my legs. Once I gathered the stocking up to heal area, the entrance hole was barely big enough for a golf ball. I worked my foot into it but was not able to get my toes to the toe area. I suggest ordering 2 to 3 times larger than your size. Quality is great and price is satisfactory.
I was quite surprised to find a package at my door, not even a week after I first placed the order! I did read on their site that they ship the same day that the order is placed, but for some reason, I didn't really expect them to follow through with that. Turns out, they did follow through! This was just my first time ordering with them, but the delivery was so speedy that I might as well try them again. Thanks guys!
I've had so many experiences emailing customer service where the time it took them to respond was about a week, sometimes longer. It was so refreshing to find a company who emailed me back the very same day I messaged them with questions. My email to them was only a brief paragraph, but what I got in return was a very in-depth email answering all of my questions, very specifically. I still had a question about their exchange policy, so I called them the next day, and they were right there to take my call and answer my question. It's great to have had experienced a customer service department that seemed to be right at my finger tips. I will definitely shop with this company in the near future!

The sheers are my favorite as are the few color selections. Would that more colors were available at a much lower cost.

Found new products tonight with new health challenges. Was quit pleased with all the info available. Nice Job! Tried the new compression socks for hubby and they were still to tight. Like your selection, but really wish you could step up the processing and shipping. Almost a full 2 weeks for shipment. Tracking was crazy.
