It was quick and since the sizing is different between Truform and Jobst just make sure you order the right size so you don't have to pay for shipping back and be without. They are willing to work with you to get you what you need.

Not want I wanted
Worse company I have ever dealt with. Very very rude. Cannot reach anyone by phone on the weekend. They sent the wrong item. They did send a return mail envelope but it took a week and I asked to just refund my credit card for the item I did not receive. They refused. So it may be three weeks before I get what I ordered. They did offer to alow me to purchase the item again so I could get it sooner. They never could understand my reluctance to pay twice for something I did not have, very frustrating. PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE ORDERING from this company
