Reordering a product that I like was simple and sure

Prices are fair market. My first order was perfect, but my second order I was sent the wrong size. The box and package showed xl but the compression socks were an xs. I am waiting on the return number to be sent to my email so I can return item and get a store credit. Your shipping is great. 2 pairs out of 3 were correct. Hopefully my next order will be correct.

I love this stocking for my lymphedemia. The price was almost half what I have previously paid.

I ordered these for my mother and they are the wrong size. I need to return them for a much larger size. We don't live close together so it may be a couple of weeks before I can get them back to return them. She was pleased with the quality. I just wish I had ordered a queen or XL size for her.

The Jobst line that is in the $90 range is the best for me. Opaque seems thicker than my older ones so I might try the sheer next time. The soap will last a long time. Wearing open toe avoids a tendency to develop ingrown toenails. I'm so glad you have them: I'm waiting for back order on the 20-30 ones. The 30-40 may be challenging to get on.

I did not see a way to compare items. As a result, I found myself switching back and forth between pages. Otherwise, my shopping experience was above average. Checkout was easy.

I had a problem with login and after I contacted you, I was told to check out as a guest, which I did. But no explanation about fixing my login, do I start the process over or just continue as a guest? Customer service failed to do their job in full. I like your products do hopefully someone will address my login problem.
