My package arrived damaged. The outside package arrived torn open. The boxes with compression stocking was also damaged.
My order was processed quickly and arrived. I appreciated getting them that soon
I ordered a pair of Jobst knee highs that were listed as "in stock." However when they were not available, someone filling orders just put in another pair in the wrong size instead of telling me they were no longer available and to wait until they were back in stock. I had to return them on my postage, asked for a size-correct pair in another color, had to pay more money when I had already paid. I eventually got a right-size pair in another color. BUT when I complained and made a suggestion, I was offered a gift card to cover my postage and the additional charge. I accepted it and used it to buy a pair of Sockwells. Acceptable conclusion!

Yes I received the stockings but they did not fit. So I spoke to Alex in customer service and he recommended that I get an exchange for these stockings. I replied to an email sent to me by Melissa Bright, So I can send these back and you can send me hopefully the correct size. I hope they will work when I get them. Thank you for helping in this matter.

I unfortunately ordered the closed toe by mistake but the return process is extremely easy. This is my second time ordering this product and I am extremely satisfied with the open toe 20-30 mm thigh highs for my 12 hour shifts. They stay up all day long. Never roll down. Which is important because I am a nurse, I don't have time to be pulling them up all day!
