I got your order. The compression socks are way small. I called and the number said to go to your website. I did and a form came up. I filled it three times and transmitted three times and the form kept coming up. I kept calling. Finally, I was able to reach somebody at Customer service. I explained my problem and explained the socks had not been used, not put on and that I just wanted to exchange them for a different size. They said the rules are the rules. I am supposed to call back. Got your recording again. Not a good experience. My husband needs the socks and I am trying to help him. Not nice at all.

So far, so good! Can't wait to see if the items ordered fit well.

Received my order today, several days before I thought I would. Pleasant surprise! I tried on the knee high socks, thigh-high stockings, as well as the panty hose. I have some swelling in my legs due to an injury so I thought I would order the panty hose in the 20-30 mmHg. They fit great! The knee high socks I ordered in the 15 - 20 mmHg. All the items I ordered feel great, fit great and are very comfortable. Just these three things would be good enough for me to continue purchasing item from this company; BUT, I can't find a price as low as "Compressionsale.com" anywhere!

I was disappointed because the socks were of a lesser pressure than I normally use (I'm sure the order told me this, but I was in a hurry to leave the house, and I thought the price was for two, not one pair.) That being said, these socks cost more than I am already paying. They are a decent sock, just my stupidity at ordering time. One thing sure; they are easy to get on! Like I said, the socks appear to be fine, and I will wear them out, and I have no problems with the company. Its my part time mind I am disappointed in.
