Disappointed with the product. Description of product was the same as ordered several times before, but product received was much smaller in size, and was extremely difficult to put on. Returned two of the three pair ordered, and return procedure was difficult, confusing and frustrating. Still waiting for return and exchange to be completed, so don't know how this will all turn out. Most upsetting part of the whole purchase was the dramatic and unsatisfactory change in the product received compared with previous orders. When trying to find out how to return items, the customer rep spoken to was quite abrupt and was just barely helpful, and following emails with instructions were less than helpful. Overall, an unpleasant and frustrating experience.

I received the arm sleeves in an appropriate amount of time. I am satisfied with the Juzo brand and have been using them for a long time. I usually shop around for the lowest price and fastest delivery. I noticed that the discounts are usually for leg stockings and not the armsleeves. I would appreciate if you offered the armsleeve customers 10% like you do for the leg stockings that would make me happier.

Needed to return item and have not had good luck with costumer service. Sent back and still no refund. Would not order again.
The stockings I bought had the buttons on the upper cuff. That cuff continues to roll and irritate and make the stockings a problem.
I know some other people have been saying it on here, but I also have to say that CompressionSale has an amazing selection of socks, compression stockings, and any other kind of orthopedic aid you might need. I know 4 people who regularly buy things from this site, and they're all of different ages and use it for different things. At first glance, this site seems like it would be geared toward older folks, but from my experience, people from all walks of life get use out of these products. They're truly providing a great selection of products at affordable prices. I should know - I've been using the site for 2 years now!
I called the company 3 different times to ask 3 different questions about some products, and then about when they would be delivered. Each time I called I was able to be helped immediately, without any wait time whatsoever. The customer service person was very friendly and answered my questions in a detailed and efficient manner. I really did feel like I was being taken care of and that they knew what they were doing. It's hard to believe that anyone would have a bad experience at all with compressionsale, because I had quite the opposite!
