Needed better tracking. Even though I ordered based on chart measurements, the thigh highs were too long and created bunching behind knees and around ankles. My husband is unable to wear them because this causes deep indentions at the ankles and knees cutting off circulation

I wanted two pair of the compression socks, but you sent four. Then I couldn't return them for a credit on my credit card. So, I tried to wear them but couldn't get them on my legs. They were too tight.

I received your compression pantyhose and use it everyday that I work. I really like the support it gives to my thighs, legs, and the pressure it applies to my knees and ankles. I received them in a timely fashion but they were not the kind so i had to return them.
It has a nice compression that medically needed. Also it is so well made so that it lasts long. Expensive but so worth the money.
I had ordered a size to big. Sent email explaining this. Was given instructions on the return process. I had to pay for the return shipping which was $12 and some change. Then I get an email saying I need to pay more money on a smaller size $15 and change. I really don't know why I have to pay more money after paying for the first item and then paying to return the ankle braces. I sent an email asking why do I have to pay more money, no answer as of 8/27/23. If I have to pay even more I want a refund of all money spent.
I ordered 2 different types of light skin toned 8-15 mmHg compression stockings. I chose the free shipping and am pleased with my purchase and the customer service.
Biggest mistake ever! " CompressionSale.con has false advertisement " Twice I have ordered 25-30mg open toe knee high and twice I was SCAMMED!
These stockings were advertised to have the 'silicone dots at the top' and none of the ones I received had the silicone dots at the top…
Never again will I ever order again from CompressionSale.com!
