The live chat guy named Jay was a ding a ling and the girl I spoke with on the phone just sat there not asking me questions. I was asking her. But I would order again, just by myself on line. I couldn't understand what Jay was saying about return policy and said I didn't understand and he typed the same thing back to me.

Don't like free shipping offer that does not really work!I also called to tell you that the size ordered was not correct. I requested sending an extra large as I noticed that the confirmation said small as a choice I also indicated on the phone message I left that it was useless to take the small order and that was because it was for another person who could not use that size. I did receive the small anyway. If they could exchange it for the extra-large I'm sure my ratings would be better as my first message was ignored
