Website was the easiest to use of any I've found. Made the sale hassle-free. Love the product, but had previous experience so knew I would. Your excellent website made me a customer.

Otherwise, the order process and delivery was fine.
Had bought 2 compression binder not knowing which size was needed, tried to return unopened, still in mailing package item for refund as per their policy and was told only for store credit, not cash refund,this is not what their policy stated, unused and unopened was what was stated, I even left it unopened the the mailing package it came in, I called their customer service and was given the run around and was told to respond to email, I did so and never received any response, will never do business with this company again and will warn people of this problem.
The package had been smashed when we got it. Upon opening it up there was no paperwork at all. My daughter said, "mother you ordered the wrong size. You need a medium." So now I want to return this pkg for a pkg of mediums. I have not opened the boxes or tried them on. But as I repeat they were smashed when I received them. What do I need to do in order to return them and have you send me the mediums?
The price for these stockings went up 25% or more since my last purchase. Why? They come in nice full color boxes with an instruction book for just about every country on the planet. Both of these are unnecessary! I have been wearing these stocking for almost 25 years and would be happy to pay less and have them shipped in an unlabeled poly bag.
The knee highs are great, but surprisingly, they are a few inches too long for me and I am 5'7". I have to fold them back below my knees which puts a bit too much compression in that area.
They serve the purpose of what i wanted.
Compression for my legs. I needed a new pair and viola.

I ordered a medium size zippered pair for my elder friend and they were very difficult to get on and off and she could not do it by herself. I called about the return and the gentleman in Customer Service was not helpful, and just apologized that all your company could do was an exchange or one year credit. I then calIed Salesand got the same man. I asked about an implement that would help myy friend get a pair on and off and he said they didn't offer anything like that.More dry apologies.
Product is high quality. Shopping experience was perfect.
I plan on returning the two pairs of knee highs and exchange them for the next size. They should be arriving within the next few days.

I love these. I have low blood pressure and get faint quite often while standing. I wanted something that compresses the calves yet look nice when going to the store.
Compression socks can cause my eczema to act up, particularly just below the knee. The graduated pressure of your socks dispense with that problem while keeping pressure up at the ankles where its needed.
