Shipping was fast and the product is of excellent quality. It's comfortable to wear and I find it easy to put on. I purchased the complex transition inelastic wrap for the calf. I have Venus insufficiency in both legs so I purchased the second wrap that the insurance company wouldn't pay for. It was on sale and I got 10% off for signing up for an email which is awesome!
The stockings did not provide the usual compression I get from that stocking. I had to both pay for the return and they charged 20% for the return fee.
This contrasts with Ames Walker whose stockings I had to return; they paid for the postage and gave me 100% credit, no questions asked.
My first experience with compression stockings. I like the medical stockings and would have given them a "5" by themselves.My order also included a pair of athletic stockings. I was not as impressed with these stockings due primarily to weight and feel.

The return policy (see screenshot) makes it seem like all unworn products can be returned and refunded for up to 180 days. But you can ONLY get a real refund if they RECEIVE the return within 15 days of when you PLACED the order AND the package is unopened.
If you don't return it basically immediately after receiving it, even if it's unworn, they'll only offer store credit or an exchange. Which would suck even if they weren't obfuscating it, but especially sucks for a business that serves primarily elderly and disabled people.
The policy is written to be deliberately misleading. The customer service agents insist that the third sentence ("returns received after 15 days from original purchase date will be refunded as store credit") refers to all returns, even ones of unopened products.
Look elsewhere for compression garments because this is ridiculous. They're obviously banking on people not interpreting the policy right and not being able to get their money back.
The stockngs I received were So Soft, but I was ordering from the Active Wear line with the higher compression that I need. The Evanston, IL hospital ordered this stocking for me before by Dr. Juliana Molosky. I want the same stocking but with the 20-30 mmg. Please help me retturn tne one I was sent eroneously and exchange or the Active wear stocking. Please get back to me on this. Thanks Sharon Dean
From ordering to receive everything when will and I will order again
Ordering. Good. Shipping. Ok. Receipt of goods poor fortunately the product is soft but box crushed.
Purchased these for my mom, but to get free shipping, had to wait a lot longer, so paid for shipping. Sizing was off, so had to get a return authorization, pay to ship them back to get an exchange. Then, when they received them, had to call to give my credit card info to pay for them to ship me the new size. These are $40 socks...now they are $60 socks. Ridiculous. Will just buy from Walmart or a local drug store in the future.
The delivery came in a timely manner. The size large stockings kept falling down even though they were the same size as my other stockings. I wanted to try toeless stockings and will not buy them again.
