Ordered and they arrived. Unfortunately I need another type and wish to return these two items.
These stockings are not at all what I thought I ordered. I have been ordering from jobst for years, but this time I had trouble with the website and ended up with three pairs of ugly unsatisfactory stockings.
I am trying to exchange them so I won't have to pay the 25% penalty for returning them. Which is highway
robbery. I guess in the future I will have to shop in a store and pay more.
Read the SMALLEST print of the supposedly "fast and easy" return policy. To return an unused item within a few days of purchase, they will keep 25% of your money if you want it refunded to your credit card. They will also keep some of your money if you choose store credit. It's in the very small grey italic print at the very bottom of the page. The top of the page is very misleading, and in the small print it says they automatically charge a "$6.95 shipping charge" ON TOP of YOU paying to ship it. Be aware.

I ordered knee braces left and right and followed their sizing chart. After receiving the brace it was smaller that the size according to their sizing chart. It was hurting my leg. So pick a size up when you follow their sizing chart. So to exchange the size, I had to pay for the shipping even though technically the fault is on their side due to their stupid sizing chart. I decided to return the right knee brace as I just was not very happy with their excange policy making me pay for shipping. I would rather buy from someone else. So then they are charging me 25% for return processing. That's when I realize this company only cares about their profit and not their customers. I would never buy from this company ever again. Other company have the same exact brace and I will give them a try for my second knee brace
What a horrible experience! Customer service is evasive. They take so long to respond you have no chance of getting a refund. You have to pay to return merchandise. Website is confusing, can't look up what you purchased previously.

My most recent shipment did not contain what I ordered. I'd like to send it back and either collect a refund or have the correct shipment. I emailed you about it yesterday.
