Stockings are to thick garter won't clip to stockings

I had already purchased some compression socks from this site and with winter going to start I decided to complete a second order to get past any issues with delivery snags due to snow. The access to the site was simple, quick order, and then in 2 or 3 days it was on my doorstep.

I received the stockings for my mother and we measured them to her existing stocking. They were too small and so I called to return them. They referred me to a site for returns. I have gone through the process, but it is very disappointing in that you have to pay for the return and also are charged a 25% amount. This is not a good business practice.

Cost of shipping from US to Canada was higher than the low price of the socks, the delivery was on time, the small packing box showed signs of a rough trip. But the Activa socks arrived undamaged.

Stockings are a nice color and comfortable. I would buy them again.

Got the 5 pairs of gray stockings I ordered, but the 1 pair of black was back ordered. I got no notification of the back order only learned this after I called customer service.

When I ordered the website said everything was in stock, and I was quickly notified my order had shipped.

It would be helpful to send an email notice about back orders and also have more accurate in stock notifiications

Nice quality and customer service. The only negative is trying to get correct size. This is a hand glove size 4 and sizes were only for legs. Had to tex customer service for size to order. Was told large and it was. Thanks

I was traveling when i said i needed a pair of socks replaced. Instead if trusting me as a customer, i had to wait to get home to prove they were not the right size. I hope i can still get. Them replaced.

All seemed well, just a little slow, but I was not really in a "hurry"

They were easy to order and came quickly but we're a little More sheer than I usually wear. Next time I will know not to order sheer.

The soxs are of a very thin material unlike others I have ordered. They are also very tight. Little disappointed in them. Thought they would be like my others made of the softer heavier material.

Ordering exactly what we needed for my husband went smoothly and without issues. Grateful for one less problem to worry about.

The quality of the produce was excellent - and my only reason for the 1-star rating is because they do not have the compression stockings I wanted in a size that will fit me.

Excellent service and price. So happy you have large short compression socks for men. Large socks are often too long for many men.
