Ordered this for my mother based upon your CS recommnedation. She is 5'1" and the stockings barely came past her knees and she wanted to be able to wear them with shorts or capris. Description also did not state that these would require silicone application. No mention in return info until you opened a 2nd page that there would be a $6.95 shipping charge for exchanges plus 15% restocking on returns. I am really unhappy, and will never order from you again once her exchange is processed!
