Totally deceitful and impossible return policy. You can only get credit card credit if returned within 15 days of order, except they don't even ship until 8-10 days AFTER order and by the time you receive them it's 15 days! Wanted to return a new unopened pair, but only could get store credit or exchange. I ALREADY bought 4 pair, last thing I needed was another. AND they take out $6.95 for 'free postage' even though I kept another more expensive pair shipped with them. Their 'customer relations' is hopeless and lectured me. Really? I will pay more elsewhere to avoid these shysters, seriously, shop elsewhere, the prices may seem cheaper, but you are stuck or will totally get hosed on returning hose.

Second order, as with the first, boxes totally smashedup. Annoying.
I bought a $16 pair of compression socks. To return these, there is a 15% fee plus a deduction of $6.95 for the free shipping. Additionally, many brands only qualify for store credit and there does not appear to be any brand name.
I did not do my research as I would never shop at any business with such a punitive return policy. Hope you wouldn't either
