Very hard to check out...and how do I get discount?

Recognized my mistake. Compressions customer service reps would not refund my payment even though
The packets were unopened. They would only substitute an equivalent worth of more expensive JOBE
Stockings. They could not supply my TEDs. The male customer service rep bordered on the rude.
I appreciate the online assistance. It was very helpful in solving a problem. Have ordered previously from this company and have been very satisfied.
The only problem I had with the support socks is that they are a little longer than I had hoped for. However, I just turn down the top band before I put on the body glue. The top band is comfortable when doubled. So many other brands that I have used would double the compression if you turn them down. A little sagging around the ankle which is typical of most support socks. I have already ordered 2 more pair.

The only problem I had was with customer service I placed the order on 7/17/14 and was send an e-mail that it was getting ready to be shipped and I had been calling about the routing number but was told that as soon as they get it they will get it me. It turns out that my order was not shipped until 7/23/14 but,I eventually got it on 7/28/14
