I been looking for therma so all over in my state. I had to settle for stockings. Which didn't like.the first day they got a run in them and was to thin for my work shoes. Hope these work!

I received my compression stockings but the problem is I have a short from my heel to just below my knee. When I put the stocking on my right leg I still had to roll it down approximately 1 1/2 inches below my knee. When I do this is causes a rubberband constriction across the area just below my knee. I don't know what else I can do at this point but I am not able to wear them so I need to know what I have to do to return them?
The product was fine but I ordered the wrong item and am having trouble getting a return authorization.
