Wish I could give no stars.Have to call numerous times. Customer service simply wants you to talk to A.I. They don't listen. And wants to over charged as well as charge$100 for a tech to come out when it's their wifi unit that's failing. SUPER DISAPPOINTED

I was a Comcast customer that lives in NH and almost had a nervous breakdown. Do Not give them your SS number. After being with Comcast for numerous years (Never being late on payment) Comcast contacted me and said that I was delinquent on paying my bill in Ohio and they were going to send me to collections if I didn't immediately pay on my past due account. The bill was for hundreds of dollars. I explained to their fraud department that someone was using my Social Security number to open fake accounts to get free TV. The fraud department said that in order to not be liable for the bill that I had to send them a copy of my drivers license, social security card and a bill in my name. I reluctantly sent them what they asked for. I asked them to remove my SS number off the account because someone had obviously hacked their security in order to gain access to my SS number to open the account. They had my address and phone number because I did have account with them. I asked them to take my SS number off my account because I was worried that someone would use it to access my savings account or buy a car and then not pay for it which would make me liable for other things that a SS number could be used for. Comcast fraud department said there was nothing they could do for me((TO Bad) A few months later they again had sent my name and phone number to a collection agency for a non paid bill in yet another state. They again wanted copies of my license, SS card, and a receipt for another bill because of another Comcast bill. I did not comply with their wishes because if my SS number was being hacked then for sure they would use these copies to create other fake bills.A few months later I received another collection agency bill. This time it was for a Comcast cell phone bill in yet another state. Do not trust Comcast with your SS number. At this time I got rid of Comcast and never received another fake bill. The security breach was with Comcast or other bills would have been created with other companies. They never tried to fix it or appolijied for their mistakes

XFINITY COMCAST customers beware of your next billing! So we get our January billing and there was a price increase of $12.00. Now, it's not a huge amount, but regardless it is an increase nonetheless. I look through my bill and see my services have not changed. Same limited channels. Same internet speed/usage. I called Comcast Customer Service. Sat on hold for a good length of time to be told "yes, there was a price increase." Of course I know there is a price increase, that is why I am calling. Placed on hold again so my account could be reviewed. Customer services confirms my services have not changed, but yes a price increase. I ask if I am still under my contract, the contract that was to hold my price for 2 years. I am told " Yes, still under contract. Service plan has not changed, but anytime while under contract, Comcast can increase prices for fees and such." The customer service goes on to say that Comcast is sorry, but nothing they can do.
Well, I cannot do much, right now, except shop for a different service. DIRECT TV!
I am a "supposed" cherished DIAMOND member that they just lied to about a new plan, as well as it's costs, basically forcing a phone upon me which I repeatedly said I didn't want or need. They sent the phone without a SIM card, and then a bill for twice the amount that they said it would be. I contacted them the day the phone arrived, without a SIM card, so I didn't even know the phone's phone number is and told them I didn't want it. It was never used. I asked them what I should do with the phone and they said don't worry about it, and closed my mobile account that day. Today, several months later I just recieved a letter from collections for the phone that I offered to send back or drop off. They told me it was too late to give me a shipping label because it was outside the time frame, and so I went to drop it off at one of their stores, they told me the same thing, which was basically EAT IT! I HATE THEM WITH A PASSION!
You talk to Johnny in India most of the time. You cannot discuss billing at the local Xfinity store. You get an agreement with customer service online which they don't respect. They try to upsell you stuff you don't want and then cut you off as departments don't seem to speak to each other. ATT is bad but this is just awful
I left Comcast and went to Direct because of bad customer service nearly impossible to get someone that listens on the phone decided to go back to Comcast because their service was better than directs but direct billing and customer service was much much better than Comcast. I signed a one-year contract. I asked if there's any promotions included I was told no I asked them if this would be my correct billing Amount and I was guaranteed it would not change for 12 months bythe Comcast Rep. The first month bill was wrong the second months bill. They corrected to make the first bill right now and month nine and 10. It's wrong again. The Hermitage Tennessee location I was told by the store, manager that i should've read every line of the contract especially the small, print,. We are not wrong, we had it in the fine print the manager said. Yes i should have read it. But i went over all the points as I told him I went over with your salesman and he guaranteed me. Because these are the exact same problems I had the previous time I was with Comcast. Well, guess what they're still up to the same old tricks, they change your bill, blame it on government taxes, and inflation. I specifically said this number will be my contract amount for 12 months and it will not change and I was guaranteed it would not change. Yes it does please people read every single line of the contract. They will not honor their pricing they expect you to honor the length of your contract and they can change the price and say it's this or that Beware buyer. Beware. My contract is up in May. I will be gone in May.
Internet is so bad in the town I live. I have cable hookup and in the evenings it always goes out because of how many people start using it, and isn't very dependable. Starting to go towards my local internet services. So not use, it wasn't worth it use before the charge increase, not worth it now.
Was on there site for 2 hours trying to get service. After getting everything done. I was cut off. I've been trying for another hour just to see what.I have to pay I got one guy I can't help u I only do mobile accounts are u kidding me this isn't right to treat people like this. Going with Fios
I am so disappointed giving false information every time I call never told me the true and giving false I ask to speak with supervisor and still didn't resolve my issues so ridiculous.
I am a Comcast Xfinity subscriber for myself and my daughter. When I took out the service I was promised a lifetime fee. After 2 years our fee was increased tremendously and upon contacting Comcast I was advised that they have no such thing as a life time fee program. I am a senior citizen and a veteran and was told that I qualify for reductions. Upon contacting Comcast I was told there are no predictions. I find Comcast to be only profit focused. I was told that there is a class action lawsuit against Comcast for deception, but can not find information on this pertaining to Pennsylvania. To my knowledge Washington state has filed such a lawsuit. If I am correct the lawsuit implies that Comcast has deceived customers and employed deceptive practice in order to profit. Comcast is said to not have disclosed the actual terms of their service. Customers have stated that Comcast's charges are exorbitant and unjustified. If my information is accurate the suit sates that Comcast deceives customers with misleading marketing. It states that Comcast misinterprets its offers.
I definitely would like to see action taken to hold Comcast accountable for the polices it proclaims to offer and does not hold true to.
Last month Comcast told me that I still owe then for a bill from June/2021 but never can prove it...we need another cable company
Don't sign up for this service. You will definitely regret it! Once you do you have officially sold your soul. You can only email/ message problems or complaints. It is soooo over priced. You will be a slave. I hate this company. I promise you are better off without them. Pigeons are more reliable. I have been a customer since 2014. I am a small business in Maplewood. Signed up a 2 year WiFi contract with Comcast. Exactly after 1 year, Comcast increased the price by 50%. Tried multiple time to talk to customer service but they diverted the service to some other countries and representatives don't even speak proper English. So they either don't understand you or you don't understand them. I have to say Good Job Comcast for playing your customers. This is a bad business model but Comcast seems not care at all.
I had an appointment to have my new service installed at my new address. However, there was a cold rain that day, and the Comcast technician failed to appear. I was at home at the scheduled appointment time, and Comcast informed me that the technician came to my home. Another issue, I have had difficulty with their website accessing my bill. Very poor service. I cancelled Comcast and am using a Smart TV. Good bye Comcast!
I have wasted countless hours trying to transfer my phone number to xfinity. Just trying to active has been a pain, it took forever for sim card to arrive, and now unable to activate online.
The customer service reps are incompetent, poorly trained. The website is useless. Stay away at all costs!
While living in FL my service was Spectrum. It was less than desirable. Now with Comcast, you are worse than Spectrum. Often, screen breaks up and no sound, screen frozen and no sound or the screen just gets dark...then the usual...welcome, benvinido, benvenue. Happens often.
Hopefully you never need any equipment from them I've tried for over a week. Each person I talk to promises it is sent out and on the way to the right address. Each time I was lied too. By customer support, by the solution center and by supervisors. If you don't know how to do your job that say so don't lie to me and say you have when u haven't. I'm disgusted by them. I asked the last supervisor of I just need to cancel because I don't have my equipment and he said you can that's your choice. I'm paying every day for something I can't use. Way to o Comcast. Way to screw your customers.

Answer: No real success stories. Comcast kept me on the phone so many hours for issues which should've taken minutes each. Every call to customer service leaves you so aggravated, you cannot think straight for the remainder of the day or night.
