I am sick of so many power outages and they charge so much money for only internet and then you don't get a credit. I am done with them. I am moving on to AT&T.
No hagan contrato con estos delincuentes, cancele mi contrato a los 20 famosos dias de prueba. Tome TV e Mobile con ellos. Jmas cumplieron de inicio nada de lo ofrecido por el representante JUAN SEGURA, Adicional a ello, conectaria 7 lineas de telefono de las cuales no llegue a activar ni una. Me enviaron 2 SIM Card de las 7 las retorne y no me las aceptaron, pero ahora me estan cobrando servicio q nunca fueron activados y rechaazdos durante el periodo de gracias o prueba del primer mes. Es increible como los politcos atraves de los cabildeos y del dinero q les patrocinan estas grandes empresas permitan que se den estos atropellos no solo en esto, veamos seguros de casa, carro y un sin numero de abusos. Esto se exagero despues de la pandemia.
En Sintesis, es una soberana estafa lo que estas companias hacen con el trabajador, ya es hora que alguien le ponga un freno a tanto abuso.

I use Chrome. The icon to check Xfinity email now gives one option: Sign Out. There's a banner at the top of a page with a link to check email, so apparently this is a workaround. The link gives one option: This Page Can't Be Loaded. I phoned customer service - the automated system insisted that I use text, or upgrade video recording, or join the rewards program, then it hangs up after making me listen for 15 min, ignoring my request to speak to an agent. I call back. The automated system goes through the same advertising but after 15 min, connects me a live person in billing, who says they've been having issues with email and that I need tech support. He also promises that I won't need to wait a third time. He places me on hold. As I wait for tech support, I hear the automated system stating that the wait time is 20 minutes and a recording saying that Xfinity services are not compatible with Chrome and customers should try a different browser. Unacceptable.
Comcast was supposed to run service down my street 3 months ago. I was asked to set up service so I called and did. They never came down my street, and billed my bank account the first time, then billed my debit card the next month. Now this month I get charged 230.00 for early cancellation of my service. I called each month and each month the rep said they would take care of the problem which they never did. I highly recommend that you find a different company for your service because they will do their best to rip you off. I finally had to cancel my debit card and file a claim to get my money back which could take weeks to be reimbursed. I'm a disabled vet on a small pension and can't afford to give my money away.
If you don't want problems, don't use Comcast/Xfinity
I had an issue with my tv. I couldnt talk with a person. All the troubleshooting was done through text or on the computer. After numerous unplugging and refreshing nothing worked. Finally had an appointment, but after waiting 5 hours the tech never showed up. Had to start all over again with unplugging and refreshing. Finally after doing this all day I was able to get an appointment. The tech that did show up was rude, it was obvious he would rather be anywhere else.
Had technician come to the house give me new equipment spoke to somebody that didn't speak English and said if I did not subscribe to HBO Max I cannot watch a review. Thank God for T-Mobile Wi-Fi and YouTube TV. Kiss my $#*!
This is the worst company. I am always losing connections. They are always coming out to fix something and I work from home. I can't hardly work anymore. I am trying to find somewhere else to go.
My internet and cable is going on and off fir month now. I had numerous technicians at my home, changing the modem, the box, the cable and it works for a couple of hours if I am lucky for days and the same issue occurs again. I keep calling making appointments which they just keep switching around. I made an appointment for today in the afternoon, received a text last night confirming my appointment for tomorrow in the morning. So I call asking what's going on and had my appointment for today confirmed. So I am at home, waiting, getting a call confirming my appointment for tomorrow morning. I call again and sure enough they have no recollection of my appointment today. Bunch of liars! Now, I had to reschedule for Thursday afternoon while still on and off service. I am so done. If it's not fixed by Thursday ATT is my next call. What a bunch of incompetent liars. So save yourself the headache and go the ANY other provider.
THE WHOLE FACILITY IS PISS POOR THEY DIDNT PROCESS MY PAYMENT BACK OR FIX MY SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE I WAITED SIX DAYS FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY NEVER PROCESSED IT AT ALL ….WE CAN REVIEW IT I PAID $50 AND HAVE YET TO SEE MY MONEY OR MY SERVICE WORKING
Like all the reviews of Comcast, there is nothing good to say! They will increase your bill at any time! Always a very large increase! Trying to talk to a human is next to impossible and the virtual agent can't help with this situation. If there was ANY viable alternative in my area, I would use it, but there's not. I can use satellite for tv but no viable option for internet. Comcast (Xfinity) has a monopoly on the market, they know this and take advantage of it. I'll just end this as I started, they are absolutely horrible!
Comcast/ xfinity is thesocks. Internet carrier in the whole damn USA. And their customer service sucks. Just can't wait to switch out from them. People if you can get another carrier pls do it don't have regrets like me and others out there... the only reason I guess them a 1 star it's because its not a zero star.
No live agent to speak to. You get the constant automated runaround. Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend this company to anyone. If I could rate them in the negative it would be a negative 10.
Horrible customer service. Called on Saturday morning because cable box wasn't operating and after much BS they agreed to have somebody out on mother's day between 12-5 After changing family plans for the day we sat around for 5 hours and they never showed up. Called Kevin the rep and he said they had canceled my call because they didn't have a replacement box. Of course they never bothered to call us. Now they say Wednesday. Rep and his boss both BS me the entire time. THANKS FOR NOTHING MORONS
Bring your customer service call centers back to America the representatives are horrible you can't understand them and they can't understand you it's really a joke i honestly don't understand why hire a bunch of people out of the country that don't speak our language to handle your customer services
Comcast customer service is absolute garbage my family and I waited around all day on a weekend for them to show up at their appointed schedule. The time came and went on the appointed schedule. We called and asked why they did not ahow up and they said that they automatically canceled our appointment due to they had checked out our internet on their system and it was fine. We are still having issues and they did not call us or let us know they had canceled the appointment. They said that it is standard practice they run their own test and if the passes they cancel the appointment without letting us know. Our family wasted A-day waiting on Comcast.
They promised technician will be on-site 3 times, nobody showed up. They promised return calls, nothing. The only thing their customer service can do is platitudes, which makes situation even worse. Completely scripted answers with no access to supervisor.

Integrity and is extremely cruel to their customers. Because of this cruelty I have been bed bound for the last four days. They have cost me so much money because of their faulty equipment. They paid money out of my account to another customer disconnected mind on a Saturday evening after me trying to explain the situation and the charges that were not suppose to charge. Keep in mind that the faulty equipment caused me to lose a tv and a computer I am 76 years old, cannot walk well and depend on my computer to enlarge materials and order things. I cannot get out. Also, I have to pay for the two TVs service because I cannot get the second box back. I did make an attempt to pay this month's bill. I was promised the I would not have to pay the service charge if it was the fault of the company.
I called Comcast on March 29th 2023 to cancel service at my old address, and to set up an install appt at new address. April 28th, 2023 was the only date I had open, and install was set for 8am-10am. I sat home all morning and no technician came. I called Comcast just a little before noon to report no tech came. I was told I didn't have an appt. I said yes I did, because you would not have had my name and the new address in your system if I hadn't made that appt. Especially since I use a PO Box for billing. I was offered a later appt and I said I have to be moved out of my old place today or I won't get my settlement. I was transferred and this woman first said you already have service at the new address, and there is one other person as being listed as living here. I said I just moved in and I live alone, there is no other person here. She put me on hold, and then came back claiming I didn't have an appt today. I said, yes I did. I spoke to Comcast on March 29th for 17.55 minutes to cancel old address and set up install at new address. I said I have it in my phone logs. (See attached). I reiterated that if I do not get out of my old place by today I will lose my $75,000 settlement. She said we can set it up for another day. Really, I need it today. I am now looking into other internet providers or I will just go without. Comcast does not care about their customers, and they certainty do not care that we have lives and our own schedules to follow.
Terrible service repairs, been waiting 2 months to have the internet connection repaired. Just terrible and trying to get to talk to someone thru the Comcast Virtual Assistant is comical then you get sent to an overseas customer service who have the standard polite replies when you complain. Sickening!. Will never use Comcast ever again. I give them a NEGATIVE 10K STARS. Do not know how they can stay in business with their customer service and not being able to fix a problem but Comcast is too big to go down. Aggravation beyond any thought I would ever have.
I had a business plan that was 227 a month and then when the "promo" expired I got slammed with a $800 bill for one month! I try to get ahold of my account manager for the business and he conveniently is unreachable, and I called the main line and they cannot help me because my designated business representative has too. I have another business account that is $87 and it makes no sense to me that they could just increase my bill without my authorization. Their promos are a scam to get you to pay more eventually. I would choose another company if it wasn't a monopoly in my area!

Answer: No real success stories. Comcast kept me on the phone so many hours for issues which should've taken minutes each. Every call to customer service leaves you so aggravated, you cannot think straight for the remainder of the day or night.
