Billing nightmare

They applied someone else's payment to my account and my payment to someone else's account. Basically, only part of my bill was paid even though I paid the full amount. Hours and hours on the phone talking to different agents, managers, etc. I've sent proof of payment several times but no resolution. They're threatening to disconnect my service if I don't pay the outstanding balance which I don't even owe. They're adding late fees on the outstanding balance too. I'm a business and am switching to directv and AT&T because of this. What a pain and what a nightmare.

We sell Christmas trees every year and this last year we decided to get cable so we called comcast and payed for two months with equipment in jan 2020 i took back the equipment well its now september and we get a bill for hundreds of dollars saying we owe for the last 8 months and for the equipment i was on phone for over and hour getting the run around when finally the last guy goes " i dont know why they transferred you to me i cant help you. Your going to have to go to where you tured the stuff in at." well i did that this morning and they told me i have to find my orginal return receipt because they cant find it in the system so now i have to go through 8 months of past receipts to see if i can find it. Its by far the most worse company ivce had to deal with and taking to my friends and customers that come into my business and most of them have had same problem on top of the internet dropping all the time

Poor decision making
September 2, 2020

Was told they were doing maintenance in my area and ran into a problem. Service has been out for 24 hours and they have you go to the internet to get updates. Well that would be great if that service was working. Call customer service and they tell you service will resume in 24 hours no worries. Well it has been 24 hours and still no service. When asked why did they perform maintenance during the week given the fact everyone student is doing online and some parents still working from home they were like your service will resume in 24 hours. Poor decisions making on their part given the state most families are in currently.

Comcast will rip you off, they start you off with these great deals then suddenly your internet slows down so badly to the point you can't even load pages. When you call the customer service phone number, it takes hours to get to talk to someone. The people who work for comcast are extremely rude and do not care about your situation. You will start paying more and more each time until your internet, cable and alarm system is costing you $200 or more per month and the quaility of the connection sucks so badly! I am constantly upset over the amount of money i pay per month i definalty should not have these kinds of issues. Fu** comcast do not go with them ever!

Abuse and zero care

I use to work for this company where I had multiple co workers talk very inappropriately and say things to me that made me feel sick. My boss laughed when I tried to get help from him. Disgusting company filled with disgusting coworkers.

Me and my family recently switched to Comcast from AT&T. So far we've been miserable. During Covid we all work and play from home and having Comcast has made that almost impossible. Atleast 8 times a day our internet disconnects and interrupts our lives. My advice don't bother with Comcast they will crush your soul with their ineptitude.

Please, please just go under already you unless monopoly that cares nothing about it's customers or your own product. Your only goal is to keep your heads about water. Your company deserves to die. No customer service. No reliability. Outrageous prices. Just stinky dog$#*! product. If anyone is looking for a internet provider, look elsewhere. Die Comcast. It'd be a 0 star if they'd let me.

Our internet keeps kicking out. We called several times to fix the issue. Very Painful!. 15 min of listening to a computer ask me questions, when I needed a representative. Why isn't there an option for "representative"? Finally get to talk to a real person and have to answer all the same questions!?! We are extremely unhappy, given the monthly cost, lousy internet speed of 5mb, and service. I would give no stars but it's not an option.

Called customer service as i need a real human on the line. Waited on hold for over 15 minutes and the person tried multiple code numbers to program my remote and then simply hung up when the programming did not work. I had to wait several days to make time to deal with this crazy delay and they just did the same thing. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes and this time as soon as i got a person on the line and explained the issue, she hung up. Cant wait to cut Comcast Cable!

I lived in East Boston Winthrop and Revere Ma only cable co allowed in all three of my houses. The take you to the cleaners service is non existent and they like it that way I call for service issues once a week. If you ever have to pick a cable company buy a cheap antenna for the TV you will be glad you did Comcast Xfinity spell grief and pain. Good luck to you all

Should be no stars

I would have given them no stars, but it wouldn't let me. These people just don't care. I have tried for 4 days to get a service person to come out to deal with issues I am having. Made a phone call and got an Indian lady with only fair English. She supposedly made me an appointment for Sunday, 8/2/2020. No one showed up. No one came on Monday so I went on-line to try to get an appointment. Was told a service rep would reply on Messenger within 30 minutes. It has now been 24 hours... nothing. I went out to the local office and the man out there was less than helpful, didn't care about my issues, and in a very sarcastic way said"have a nice day" as I left. I have too much time on my contract to just buy it out, but I will never do business with comcast again. They simply don't care. Don't waste your money with this company.

Absolutely Terrible

Comcast is truly the worst corporation I have ever dealt with in my entire 38 years of life. They have a cost advantage monopoly, and leverage it to intentionally bleed customers out and make it as difficult as possible to resolve issues with them. I have never once in my 17 years as a customer had one single positive experience and I hate - literally hate - having to do business with this absolutely gross culture of a company. Stay as far away as you possibly can from these evil corporate white collared cowards.

Bad customer service
August 3, 2020

I called at the beginning of June to notify Comcast to cancel service I was moving to Florida on 6/15. I noticed in my account today they took payment(8/3) again. I called and spoke to Ned and explained it to him. He showed no record of my call and because I have no confirmation number from call in June they will just keep my money. No negotiation or anything. They are stealing my money because of a employee issue they have. Would NEVER recommend this company. Always had terrible service with them. Thieves and liars!

This is no good at all, don't get roped into them at all like i did, you sure will regret it, trust me i'm so pissed off at them. At one point in time i was paying for cable and internet at about 156.00 or so now i got a home phone and paying 178.00 i wanted to cancel the phone and they said my payment would now be 176 how is that so, im reducing my service. If my bill was 20.00 less before why is it now only 2.00 not mention i got roped i a two year contract when i asked how much to cancel everything they said 200.00 + the cable bill this is total bull crap they are just a bunch of scam artist i hope they go out of business fast PS to comcast jesus loves you, everyone else hates you and your crooked ways// from a pissed off customer

Horrible company

During pandemic my bill was paid every month, I needed assistance restoring my service due to the services being interrupted for past due balance(which was paid) and unreturned equipment(which was returned). My services was interrupted again and I was told due to the fact the equipment was not showing in their system I would have to pay the balance for the equipment(again which was returned) in order to restore my services, I asked if there was any help they could provide and I was told no I would have to pay for the equipment charge in order for my services to be restored. I have been a customer with Comcast for 4 years and I can't believe they treat their loyal customer this way. I would highly recommend that absolutely no one get Comcast for anything.

They will lie-overcharge- bill you a month ahead- charge late fees for period you havent received service
Even charged me for their line that went bad in street- Total SCUMBAGS

Use any other provider- They are going out of business and will steal tp stay alive!
