Unbelievably thick heavy makeup. Not AT ALL what it looks like online! You will regret your purchase, and will wonder how it ever looked so good. They are ALL MARKETING --- My friend ordered the exact same lipstick and it looks ten different shades away from mine... no way.,. And honestly a month is WAY too long to wait for an order... don't waste your money. I swear

I like them ALOT!

One star off cuz they keep discontinuing great products and when I ask them if they will bring back similar shades their response if alittle rude (Cheetah shade Lipstick, Revolution/Tinsel/Sleigh shades of Super Shock etc).
The small palettes Bye Bye Birdie, Flutter By etc theyre so well-made, the packaging is very detailed and the shadows inside are beautiful Ive seen improvement in their pressed shadow formula over time, and now theyre one of my favs.
Now customer service. Okay so I had an incident where the shadow in Starchild came being completely different than the Temptalia's review and the shade on Colourpop's website - it was chalky, light pink, and def not the metallic lilac they advertised. I emailed them and they responded quickly asking the serial number, and they sent me the correct shade. In the same shipment one of the mascaras was dried out and the lid hald opened when I received it so I emailed them again and they initially refused to send me a new one because they just mailed me the correct eyeshadow, but they gave me credit for it to use on their site which doesnt work with discount codes, but whatever at least they offered credit. A few other times I received defective items, one time a glitter had some white paste on it, and they quickly sent me a shipment with a new item. So their customer service is really good.

Scammers

I had order 3 orders. I received my 1st order with no problem. The 2nd one I never recieved a conformation email or my order.

I have asked 5 times time so far. Very nicely about this order and they will only speak to me about the 3rd one. So now I have to go to my bank and despite this charge since this company cant do the right thing. And either resend it or give me back my money

Shame on them.
I will never do business there again.

I ordered a package and it said it was delivered to my complex but I didn't find anything and I wasn't sure if it was my complex's issue or USPS but I emailed them and they were super helpful with changing my address to my moms house and giving me another package to replace it, so I will continue ordering it and my products I'm super happy with

This company deliberately gives you the run around. They sent me the wrong eyeshadow ($5.25) and it took me 13 emails to get a replacement sent. They sent the wrong replacement color and now i've exchanged over 20 emails and they haven't sent me the new one. My original $83.15 order was over one month ago and they still haven't sent me a replacement. I've spent over $300 with this company in a few months and this is how they treat you. They should be ashamed of themselves that a good customer has to beg for a $5 eyeshadow for over a month. Never will order from them again

Absolute crap company

So they were having a "sale" but when colourpop has a sale you either get the "sale" price or if you have a code you wanna use you can use that but not both. They had this new palette the bare necessities palette out and they had it for $30 and said that the $30 is 33% off the original price. So if it's $30 and it's 33% off that means the full price is $44-$45. Ok that's more off than the code my friend had so I went with the sale. They put the original price up, it's $34. When asked about it, my email was ignored. I finally got my palette and the eyeshadows are dinged, like there's small chunks of the shadows gone. The palette itself is dirty and the eyeshadows are moving around inside the palette. For even $30 you'd think the quality would be better but nope. They want to make a quick buck off of the customer and don't care about the customer. I opened another palette and there was a shade missing and it didn't get destroyed in the box traveling because it was clean. So that means this palette LEFT without it being checked once again showing they don't care and they don't quality check. This company is ABSOLUTELY fraud and crap and you're better off with a company that cares because they certainly do not.

. I ordered $76 worth of makeup from them. Less than a day later my sister-in-law on for me she purchased the same thing for my wife. I emailed the site and less than 24 hours later they would not cancel the order. Upon receiving the order, I emailed them asking how do I go about returning it. They informed me that due to the low cost of their product, they do not accept returns or exchanges or refunds. I spent $76 on makeup, how do you justify calling that a low-cost product? Now I'm stuck with $76 worth of makeup. This company is a dumpster fire. *******tf

Never shopping again

I love colour pop products and half my products are colour pop. I will never shop with them again due to the customer service I received after they lost my package. Refused to reship the order to my location or give me a refund. Repeating themselves constantly and just not reading my emails - worst customer service ever.

Terrible Service

Based on shipping method

My review isn't based on products its solely based on they're shipping process. I ordered $30 worth of stuff a week ago thinking I would get some type of tracking number. I was wrong! I haven't gotten anything I emailed and asked the company what the process was. I was sent a generic email that looks automated based on the type of question a customer ask. I feel like they should change the process so the company doesn't lose future companies. It seems my like most of the reviews are repetitive and everyone is complaining about the same thing.

This was my second order with this company. My order was to the tune of $100.00 and change. For me that is a small order but nonetheless it's a good size order. Everything was fine with exception to the 3 lippies.

The Lippie Stix OH Snap smelled strong of gross crayon and not a good crayon, it is disgusting. That said, we all know when a lipstick smells like crayon it means it's OLD. There's no getting around that.

The Lip Crayon Chubby Bunny Bundle, both lipsticks have this sweet disgusting "mildew" smell. So bad that I had to wipe it off my lips.

In email I was treated like I don't know what I'm talking about. Customer Service said, "these are new" (in two emails). Like hell they are! All three of these smell so bad no one would use these and I mean no one. Their CS lies, does not care, and is not there to help. It's clear and evident.

I own a business, and if I conducted business like this, I wouldn't have one. I will never shop with this company again and I hope that you who have had bad experiences will understand that in a sea of gorgeous products and solid business's (unlike this one) there is no need to continue on and be treated like this, simply turn around, walk away, and never look back.

The bottom line is, the culture of a company begins at the helm and so, I blame the owners.

P.S. Thanks to Credit card companies, I WILL get my money back.

If I could give a 0, I would. I purchased a "build your own palette" which consists of 24 eyeshadows of your choice. It took nearly three weeks to reach me which was a tad annoying but I got over it. I unpacked the eyeshadows and placed them into the palette and realised one was missing. I emailed the customer service email provided and someone got back to me and asked to send a photo of all the products I had received. I did so and the email I got back was actually laughable. She emailed back and said that she had given me a coupon of $1.88 when the eyeshadow alone was $4.50 LOL. That's not the worst part. I was then asked to pay for postage AGAIN on the eyeshadow that they forgot to send. So pretty much I was paying them extra because they stuffed up my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I've emailed them twice and no one has responded. It's been 5 days! I will never, ever shop with them again and I will tell all my friends to do the same!

Long story short, I recieved the same template email reply from like 3 different agents... had about a 15-email chain providing every photo I could including swatches of the defective eyeliners... company would not offer to replace COMPLETELY CRUMBLING eyeliner pots. They sold me old product is my guess.

I am only giving them 2 stars because of the eyeshadows that didnt come broken or have the pans falling out, the quality of those is good.
I saw terrible reviews for them online and thought "those people are probably just complaining because their $#*! wasnt kissed by a company for once" and thought it wouldnt happen to me.

Yeah. Dead wrong. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with for literally anything other than a nightmare of an apartment complex I lived in one time.

Telling my thousands of make up friends not to buy from them. This company's business model is a complete scam and they know it because their email template responses indicate that they get complaints such as mine aaaaall the time. They just don't give a $#*!. Lol

Can't support it.

My advice? I worked for paypal for 4 years. If you buy through this company buy through paypal only. PayPal supersedes ColourPop's no return policy. If you file a dispute with PayPal they will pull your funds out of the merchant's account and give them back to you if you ship the products back.

Super cutre shades and affordable price but company does not stand behind it's products. I ordered a white opaque liner and the cap would not stay on, so the product dried out and rendered it useless. Used 2-3 x max and company will not refund or send me a new one. Not good customer service.

I placed a few orders no issues. I didn't get a package and had to wait 9 days after i was suppose to receive it. They now want me to file the claim with usps and not offering any help. I am filing a claim with my credit card and will never use their website. Going to ultra for anything i want. Seriously beware when ordering ftom them.
