After watching raving reviews on Youtube. I ordered a couple of things on their website from Canada. Supershock highlighters, gel eye shadow, etc. They were all lovely and I was really happy with it. Until I got to my last purchase. A custom 12 eyeshadow pan palette. The nightmare began. The mattes were chalky and dry - would not apply. The shimmers were just chucks of glitter at this point. And I emailed customer service for an explanation. After all most two weeks of emailing. Their answer was basically that my pictures were fine and it was not their problem if I didn't google swatches for my skin tone before buying it. Ummm... That's not even remotely close to the problem I raised. They would not refund or return it because they claim it is not their fault... Even though it is their product... Something also about low cost nature - whatever. The cost of USD to CAD, these are not cheap. Sephora money at this point. SO basically, pray you don't buy something you don't like/or get faulty product - cause you wouldn't see your money back.

NOT giving one star, because when you get your items, its good makeup.
BUT, when you have to contact customer service, that's where the problem starts.
My first complaint was one of the colors being really bad. They asked for picture, I send them picture. They wanted swipe pictures, I send them swipe pictures. And AGAIN they want pictures. I gave up.

Another time it was problem with a shipping code. Ended up talking to an Idiot who didn't read all that I wrote.

Me: "The shipping code adds 30$ to my bill instead of taking away the shipping fee. Tried another code after but it too added 30$"
Him: "You Can't add another code."... Bloody moron!

Colourpop is shady

Colourpop recently sent out an email for leap year claiming that if you ordered that day they would send a surprise with every order and that it "only happens every 4 years". Turns it was an emailed code for 15% off $20. Something they do all the time. I find it pretty deceitful to purposely word it that way because they knew people would place orders. They send out codes like that all the time.

My package got lost in the mail and they refused to take responsibility for it. They said after it leaves the facility its not their responsibility. Then whos responsibility is it, mine? I asked for a refund, they refuse again cause the package has to come back to their facility in order to them to refund the money back. The absolute worst company that I've ever dealt with.

I ordered a custom palette that arrived one week despite it being a 2 day priority shipping. My package contained 20 out of the 25 eyeshadows that I ordered and no empty large palette to place the eyeshadows in. Like, really? Who does that? How have they managed to stay in business while robbing people of their hard earned money?! I have worked in retail for many years and know that consumers will talk about bad business habits especially ones that have not a shred of integrity when screwing up people's orders while stealing their money in the process. I wish I would order from them again. They're doing it to themselves.

Placed an order on 02/13/2020 and received it today on 02/21/2020 only to be notified that the product I received has been discounted by 25% and ColourPop refuses to adjust the price saying that it would be unfair to the other customers... I'm confused unfair to the customers who overpaid by 25% or unfair to the customers who are now getting 25% off. No phone number for customer service and all customer service representatives are rude and dismissive via generic email replys.

I placed an order that I never received. I attempted to get a refund from "customer service" but after 4 days of going back and forth about how mail gets lost sometimes, I was ultimately denied a refund of my money because they "don't offer refunds at this time." THIS SITE IS A SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU YOUR PRODUCTS! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I hate this stupid website I pay for item and it say it is out of order. Why let me pay for my item and then say it is out or ran out. I woke up early for the sailor moon x colourpop collection for my girlfriend for nothing.

I will NEVER refer colourpop to my friends or buy from them again. Colourpop you suck.

Poor customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered some makeup for my daughter from them, never got an order confirmation, or follow up email. Only way I know anything went through was a credit card statement. The follow up customer service was disappointing.

I emailed them my situation and asked for a telephone call. They emailed me back asking for an order number despite my initial Email explainIn I did not get one. Every follow up email request the same order number and the same information. I asked for a telephone call multiple times, they keep telling me they do not have phones. I asked for one specific person for all contact between me and colourpop to go through, that to can not be done, so each email of their I respond to, is answered by a different person asking for the same information and just running me in circles.

I ordered brushes almost 3 months ago. The first time my package got stuck in Vienna, Austria so I emailed the company. They sent me a replacement that I also never received, and was told that there is nothing they can do about it because they already sent me a replacement and I cannot get a refund as well..

I was really surprised to see so many negative reviews. Granted, this is the first time I've ordered from them but I got the blowing smoke pallet 4 days after i ordered and it came cross-counrty. It's beautiful, very high-quality and I'm thrilled. Ive paid 4x the price and not been this satisfied.

Incomplete order dispatched to Ireland. Refused to replace the item and left me with an incomplete palette as would not mail missing item. Customer service a joke. Never again. Refund was given for the single shadow. Useless as shadow palette has a gaping hole. Expected customer to pay 2nd shipping to Ireland

So my story started on 5 nov 2019, when I made order for eyeliner and palette with 12 eyeshadows. It arrived in 4 days from USA to Germany and then got stuck there for one month. Meanwhile one of friends of mine made order the same dates and her parcel got lost as well but she was offered to be refunded or to resent the parcel right away. This was processed for her very fast. And for me no answer from Customer Support for one week and then they just sent me their policy, but I already knew from my friend that there is an issue. OK.
Then after more than 1 month they decided to resent the order and no refund allowed, and again it stuck in Germany according to the tracking. In the end today I received it and guess what, on package the indicated date is 6 NOV. And today is 21 JAN 2020! And take a look at screenshots attached from my account on ColourPop about shipped time...
All of my eyeshadows are without palette cause it was out of stock and no replacement allowed, separated, it's awful. How should I use it and keep it?!
Some of colours has on package the same name as I ordered but it look totally different in reality than on their official page! (I attached photos with name on package in the mirror and on site. It suppose to be more pinky and bordo, but all of them are brown)
I don't need your freaking voucher for palette base! I'm not gonna take that risk again!
First time ordering and such disappointment.
VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE & not helpful at all!

Hair in product.

They sent me a product with a HAIR in it. Disgusting and unhygienic. But just to make it worse, they only offered me a coupon that wouldn't cover the whole product cost (it was in sale when I bought it) nor shipping. When I told them that I wasn't about to spend $13 on it, they offered me a "one-time courtesy" refund... lmfao! What a $#*!ty company! They clearly don't care about their customers and a hair? It's so disgusting I don't understand how something like that happened. Never buying a thing from them again.

They advertise a Christmas delivery by 12/24 and that did not happen. It shipped after Christmas and they have a NO refund/exchange/return policy. FALSE advertising of empty promises. Stay away from this company!
