I firstly ordered several color samples and liked plum best. Then I ordered my bridesmaid dresses in plum. They told me that the dress was made of satin and the color was different from the plum chiffon sample I ordered. More considerately, they gave me the pictures of the two fabric, from which I can see the slight color difference obviously. I thought satin would work also. Though I did not change, I appreciate their professional service.

I received the dress beautiful. Color is great... It's a size big. It's a little flappy sides. I will find someone to take in 1 1/2 on each side. But it is a gorgeous dress.

This company pretends it's out of NY; it's not. Not that it would matter if you got the dress you paid for.
I Paid for the custom dress feature. My dress hung off my chest, and the straps keep sliding off my shoulders, and the dress hit close to my lower calf instead of the knees,
And just looks awful.
The dress came from Bahrain, not NY. I wrote an email expressing my disappointment and was ignored by customer service for a week until I told them I was going to write an honest review online, only then did they email me back.
They then continued to give me the runaround for the last 10 days and asked me to send the dress to China, which I did! They offered to give me $30 and for me not to send the dress back.
Finally just sick of dealing with them so I called my bank and had them credit my card back, sent the dress back to China, which cost me $25. I did this because I'm an honest person but was very tempted just to send the dress to the flushing NY address, the one on their website. This address comes up as a house on google maps.
So, Buyer Beware!
I'm just glad I had time to go to Macy's and get a new dress. Got one in the color I needed, Ralph Lauren, fits like a glove and no hassles, same price, great return policy.

I received the dresses today. They are very beautiful and fit my bridesmaids perfectly. The customer service is first-class. It was their patience and professional assistance that made my order be correct! They were so carefully to confirm the 4 bridesmaids measurements one by one and could find the abnormal measurements that bridesmaids provided. To be honest, their patience and professionalism were really beyond my expectation. At the time I placed the order, one of my bridesmaid should be having the baby within the next couple weeks. They produced the other 3 dresses firstly and waited the last bridesmaids measurement until she gave birth to a boy baby. They told me that they had reserved some fabrics for the last bridesmaid dress to guarantee the same color. They did! The 4 dresses are in the same color shade, no color difference. They also helped me know exactly the different shades of grey and suggested me to choose platinum. The platinum color looks nice to match the mens tuxedos.

I will gladly refer colorsbridesmaid to anyone who asks me about a dress company!

New review: Outstanding customer service! They have been in touch with me via email and refunded money for the one dress. It appears they are doing everything in their power to make this situation right. I thank them for their responsiveness to this review and their willingness to fix the dress.

Old review: We sent custom measurements and the dress doesn't fit at all. In fact, we can't even make it work because it's just that small. The company was very responsive to our emails, but said it wasn't their fault. It looks like we need to purchase another dress and pray it works this time around. Unfortunately, they gave us absolutely no guidance when asking why the dress didn't fit when measurements were sent. That said, I feel like the dress is made fairly well and lined. Now if we can just get the dress to fit, it would be perfect.

I must say, when I first had my bridesmaids order I was nervous. But can I tell you, excellent service! They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. From the time the order was submitted, until everyone received their dress. If your ordering make sure you always order bigger size if you dont select custom build. One of my bridesmaids did custom build, and the dress was perfect. Everyone else order 2 or 3 sizes up from their original amaerican size. And the beauty about the dress, is that you can where it anywhere not only wedding. Thank you Colorsbridesmaids. Excellent service and everyone loves their dress.

The dress arrived earlier this week. It's beautiful! Fits me to a tee! The dahlia color is exactly like the color swatch I ordered here. Satisfied with the service, too. From ordering color swatches to receiving my dress, I have no compliant. Have to say, the service team is very professional, experienced and carefully. They recommended me similar color swatches to see the difference, told me the measurement method to ensure a right size, and confirmed shipping information to guarantee I can receive it timely. Very considerate and politely. I will definitely use the site again and recommend it.

ColorBridesmaid.com states that it is located in New York, and it provides you with a local phone number. However, when you go to pay the receipt to the person being paid is under a different name: Colors Dress Group, phone number: *******7519, and e-mail: *******@gmail.com. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and they were able to confirm that the site is not legitimate, so I did not lose all of my money. Always check BBB before purchasing. This company is not located anywhere on that site, because it does not exist within the United States. It is a China-based company.

Wow I have to say that my dress fits amazing! Id only say that the armholes are a bit snug. But it might have been my measurements. After placing my order I received their email to confirm the height and was asked to offer my shoulder width, armhole, upper bust and lower bust, length from shoulder to bust top and length from shoulder to waist. And I gave them the additional measurements. Also I know i ordered this last minute, I worried whether this will be delivered in time for the wedding. Very fast shipping too! Thank you to all! One less thing to stress about now.

Love my dress buying here SO MUCH! I chose custom size. It was really flattering. The customer service is professional. No complaint.
