I ordered two dresses for my bridesmaids, and one ordered herself, different styles just the same coral color. We ordered the dresses by measurements. All my bridesmaids dresses were PERFECT. The color and material all matched and they all fitted. The customer service were excellent. They were responsive and helpful.
Went to order a size 6 because those were basically my measurements, did not ask for custom measurement. They insisted on taking them anyway, so I did. They came back and said my shoulder measurement was too big. You mean to tell me that my own shoulder measurement was wrong? My roommate experienced the same thing with her waist measurement. I adjusted my measurement to "how they wanted it", and guess what? I needed MY CORRECT MEASUREMENT because now I am unable to breathe or move around in the dress.
Would not recommend at all.

Company has made good on their promise to reimburse the charge to get it altered locally. Review changed from 1 star to 3 for customer service's help with the issue
I firstly ordered 5 color swatches in lantana, silver pink, bridal rose, dusty rose and rosebloom, each $2 without shipping fee. We finally decided to choose dusty rose for the dresses. We were all glad that we got a discount of 5% and free custom measurement service. All 4 dresses arrived within 2-3 weeks and they are in the same color shade with the color swatches that we ordered before. The dresses fitted greatly, no need to do any alteration, surprised and excited!
I just have one complaint. The dresses are all wrinkled in a bag. We had to have them ironed. Hope this can be improved.
Fantastic company! I had to make an emergency purchase and they got it to me just in time at such a reasonable price! The quality was great, the color was perfect and only minor alterations needed to be made. This is my 2nd online review... I was so thrilled with them I took the time to tell their future customers. Their customer service was great too, had a problem ordering and they were in touch via email same day along with a followup email. Just great doing business with so much stress!
We ordered 3 dresses in total in custom sizes, 2 bridesmaid dresses and 1 flower girl dress. In the first order, we accidentally ordered 2 dresses only wanted one. We asked the customer service for help and they was efficient. They helped me canceled one and gave us refund very soon. We also made some mistakes in providing measurements. The staff was very careful and sent us images to tell us how to get accurate measurements, very helpful and and professional. Received the dresses timely and they fit. The dresses looked very beautiful.
I ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids and asked them to remove built-in bra for my ladies. They gave us custom size service and did not ask me to pay extra money. Dresses have been delivered. They look very nice. Only one dress is tad big on bust. We do not know whether the girl gave right measurements or not. It does not matter anymore. Time is enough and she will have it altered. The other 3 dresses fit the girls everywhere.
I received my bridesmaids dress yesterday. I'm so pleased of the color, the stitching and the look when I wear it. And the timing, the dress came 3 days earlier than estimated date. The customer service is timely and helpful. They guided me to get the measurements and helped me to check my order status and track shipping. The fitting is good, too. All in all, a pleasant experience here.
Loved the dress I ordered! Would definitely recommend to buy from them. As long as you are sure of your measurements and the time you actually need it, you would have the dress you asked for just in time for the party or whatever it's for! I ordered swatches for the colour I intend to use for bridesmaid dresses. I live in the UK so expected to wait for their arrival but they took ages and I received no notifications on estimated arrival etc.! They are also one very fine piece of material so it's impossible to see how the colour will really look under several layers (I paid $10 for the sample). Due to the poor customer service and crappy quality of the sample I definitely wont be using this company.

Before ordering I was really trying to match a color and the team was SO helpful with sending me swatches and trying to find the right match. It was so helpful in my process and they always responded timely and efficiently!
I was stressing when I order bridesmaid dresses. I live in North Carolina, and one girl is in California and the other in Texas. I can probably get them but they are both in Classes. They were not responsive in giving me their measurements. Thanks the customer service, so patient to deal with my college kids. Spending too much time to get the exact measurements, I worried about the delivery. But they were sent to me timely. They look beautiful. I will recommend the site to any one who ask me about a dress company.
I bought 2 dresses from this website on 10/2018 and I got them in 3 weeks. They were so cheap and nothing like the model on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM ColorsBridesmaid. They're doing false advertisement, their dresses are cheap and look nothing like the ones on their website. If you want to take a risk use Paypal so you can get your money back. 3. After we received the dispute that you submitted to PAYPAL, we have contacted you 3 times and did not get your reply. So we agreed PAYPAL to give you a refund on the condition that you return the dresses. Then we received your e-mail to inform us that you were not willing to return the dresses. Even if you cannot return the dresses, we, as a responsible vender, give you a promise that we can give you a full refund and you keep the dresses.

The replacement dress fit great. All of my bridesmaids ordered here and the dresses turned out fantastic. If I can give a couple pieces of advice:
- Order early in case changes are needed
- Avoid any dress designs with details that look like jewels. The 'jewels' look super cheap (at least in my opinion).
Otherwise, I had a great experience with this company.
I was really scared to order dresses online, especially from this site because the reviews looked fake. I ordered swatches and the colors were nice, fabric was soft. I was still undecided on what company to use, but the company contacted me by e-mail a couple of weeks later to see if I was still interested in ordering dresses. I told them I was apprehensive. They told me to order one dress, and if I didn't like it- They would refund me (and if I like it, they would give me a 10% off code for the bridal party). So I went for it. I ordered my maid of honors dress. It arrived in two weeks- Beautiful color, built in bra, very well made. A little wrinkled because it comes in a bag, but overall very well made. Looked exactly like the photo. When I took it to my MOH it didn't fit quite right. Honestly, I think her measurements were off because she measured herself with a padded bra and jacket, arms up (The company actually e-mailed me twice to confirm the measurements, saying that they seemed off- But she insisted they were right). Colorsbridesmaid told me to take her to a professional for new measurements, and they would replace the dress for $30 (which included the $20 shipping). I just ordered the replacement dress today. I am not worried whatsoever. They have great communication and the dresses are beautiful. Customer service has been top notch.
One thing to mention though is that the colors online aren't true- I highly recommend ordering swatches. I went with Sea Fog, which looks really grey online but it a beautiful shade of muted purple/mauve in person. The dress 100% matched the swatch.
I placed my order for a dress, received the dress in a timely fashion which I was shocked since they supposedly hand made these to order if you send in your own measurements but non the less I received it. The stitching in the seams of the straps on the dress was completely gone on the right side and coming apart on the left side I noticed that as soon as I pulled it out of the bag. I didn't even try it on because I was afraid of what other seams would come undone if i did. I emailed customer service and was told that I can return for a refund or have it altered locally and they would compensate 40%. They should compensate for it all to be altered since that is the way it arrived. I emailed back expressing my frustration about being compensated only partial but did not get a response. So I emailed back and said that I would just like to return the dress and get a refund, I immediately received an email back with instructions on returning. I wasn't completely understanding what they would be refunding and also if they were going to reimburse me for sending back their damaged product since the post office wants to charge an arm and a leg to return to CHINA so I sent another email... I have sent two more emails and have not received a word back. I do not recommend ordering from an online dress factory that is located on the other side of the world. I am super upset that they do not want to resolve this issue or show no urgency too!

I ordered my wedding dress while living in South Korea. The shipping was speedy and economical (as in, the packaging wasn't excessively big so as to cost more). The dress (which was custom-sized) fit almost perfectly (I think I measured my bust wrong, so that was a teeny bit loose) and the fabric quality was awesome. I had ordered a bridesmaid dress from them a year before, and had been extremely pleased with the quality of that, too, so I can say that I have had two very positive experiences with them in two different areas and can recommend them highly. It's hard to beat the price and fabric/sewing quality combination.
I am a last minute fill in for a bridesmaid. I am also a US size 12, but 5 feet 2 inches. They provided me with custom size service for free and promised to rush the order for me. I feel very sorry that I give them wrong measurements of bust and upper bust. They have to spend extra time to confirm them with me and show me how to get the accurate data.

Please be aware the company states they are in New York and that returning the item is easy to do so. That is not the case. Even after ordering the dress two sizes bigger it did not fit. When I asked to return it, I was given an address to ship it back to China not to mention I was discouraged from doing so. I was told by the customer person it was expensive and that I was better off selling the dress online. Lastly, the zipper on the bridesmaid dress was sewn incorrectly making the dress puff up in the back. I will never order a dress from this place and would not let a friend either.
