The items I ordered arrived timely and was what I ordered. No complaints!
Ordering easy, received order within a week.
Price was great for these magnetic blinds! However, I believe the last time I ordered these same blinds from you, there were magnets are the bottom of the blinds, so they "stuck" to the door. These have double sided tape for the bottom and don't work as well. Anyways, a good product for the money and will order again if needed.

Smooth process
Horrid Customer Service, I received a shoe rack missing the hardware to put it together. The first call to C. S. Told me they would send a new one and not to return the original. After a week no second rack arrived, when I called they told me they were waiting for payment of the second rack. I told them I'm not paying for the second rack I already paid for the first one that wasn't any good. After a a few days I called to see if they ever shipped the second rack, no they did not they were waiting on payment. I cancelled the order.
I have ordered here before. I was very satisfied with the service, price, and obviously, the items!
I like Collections, Their products are the best I can find
Items received were fine. However the delivery of the walker by the US Postal Service was not. The box containing the walker was dropped on my side deck. I hear it in my family room in the back of the house and the box containing the walker was not sealed. The top of the box was completely open. Fortunately the walker is okay (no damage).
