Had to restart 3 times as the website would quit working
All items not always in stock. But are shipped as soon as available.
This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The items I originally ordered (the Dove & Poinsettia table top square and runner) was shipped incorrectly. I was sent the correct runner, but the square was some other item (pumpkin/halloween square). I did not order that at all. I called customer service to notified them of the error on their part. The final solution was to ship me the correct item, which was the Dove & Poinsettia table top square. When the replacement shipment arrived, to my surprise, what was sent to me was another runner instead of the square. Wow - such a simple order and Collections Etc. could not get it right. Someone is obviously not concern with their customers satisfaction and paying attention to sending the items a customer ordered and paid for. At the end of all this, after calling the customerservice# and making them aware of the second error of my original order, I was offered a refund for the second shipment error. But I cannot tell you that my disappointment is such that I have lost complete confidence in Collection Etc.'s ability to complete an order correctly. I think I will be taking my business some where else. They just lost a customer.

The wind chime was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it's still beautiful. The cat door mat was a lot larger than I thought and very well made. The t-shirt size runs a bit large, but I still love it.
