I've had good experiences with Collection Etc. They've been very accommodating and professional when I call them with a problem. They address the issue quickly. I have been trying to return two of the items we purchased for the past 10 days. I keep getting a message on your website that says "Oops, something went wrong. Please call Customer Service." The Most UNHELPFUL staff I have ever dealt with. I am disabled and do all of my shopping via catalog. The first time I requested a return label (which I do not have to do for any other company!) I was told it would take 5 days to receive by email. Yesterday I called again and was told I would have it in 24 hours. What is the problem? I do NOT want to pay for merchandise I cannot use! Please send return label!

The Lattice Tunic Top was way to big.
The Stirrup Pants were not the material I prefer for these types of pants.
I returned these items on October 18 and should be getting a refund soon, I hope.
