Very easy to place order. The house shoes that I ordered were nice looking but the heels of the shoes were so large that I would have had to wear thick socks to keep them on. Will be returning the shoes and replacing them with another pair.

I like shopping through you. The catalogs are great. Just like anywhere sometimes the items aren't as nice as in the pictures, but all in all ok for the price.

I ordered chair covers for outdoor furniture Unfortunately they were back ordered until December which wouldn't do me one bit of good so I cancelled the order
And the way I found out they were backordered was on the order slip for something else that was delivered I think I should have been notified by an email that the product wouldn't be available for many more months

I had to return the Christmas shirt because it was too small. I returned it on my own expense of $5.24 because you would deduct $7.99 from my bill when it's not my fault the shirt didn't fit and you don't have a larger size. Since you want to deduct money from my total when the problem is your fault don't bother to send me any more catalogs!
