Good

Bought this for our guest cabin up north. Looks great!

The item I ordered was not what I hoped it was. Other items on backorder for 2 months. Return policy is terrible - you pay just as much to return or exchange an item as you paid for it. Not worth the trouble when it can be purchased on Amazon and return policy - no charge. I do not wish to purchase from Collections any more.

Almost too easy.

The ordering was okay but I never received any emails about the order being received or any emails on tracking the order. It was a good thing that I had printed the order when I made it or would have never that it had arrived.

Was REALLY hard to understand the customer service rep, but over all the products I ordered and received I was pleased with. There was on item that was discontinued, a shelf that hangs on the back panel of the stove, I was VERY disappointed about that.

The material was thinner than I expected but still soft. It also doesn't stay attached to my recliner with the straps but looks nice when just covering the recliner.
